If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

Return Eligibility Rules

To qualify for a return, products must remain unused and in their original condition. Whenever possible, items should be returned together with the original packaging. All return requests must include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or sales receipt.

Return Operating Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.

Under normal circumstances, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return involves a damaged product, defective merchandise, or an issue caused by our error, MvieVab™ will cover the related return shipping expenses.

After the returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the final refund status. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of a mistake made by MvieVab™.
